VWID Academy - Registration Terms and Conditions 1. Adolescent dancers will not be allowed to be left in class unless a completed registration form has been submitted. 2. VWID Academy endeavours to provide a safe environment for dancers to dance in and suitable flooring to dance on but will not be held responsible for any injury that may occur. 3. Monthly Subscription Payments must be made by the 2nd of the Month 4. Any changes to the monthly subscription i.e. taking additional classes or reducing classes must be notified to Karen@vwirishdancing.co.uk by the 20th of the month in preparation for the following month. 5. All Invoices should be paid within 7 days. 6. One months notice is require if you wish to cancel your membership/subscription to VWID Academy. 7. Non attendance to class should be communicated to Vicky by email, FB message or text message. 8. Non-Attendance to class for over a month with no communication will deem your membership to be void. Re-registration will be required. 9. For dancers to participate in any Feis their attendance must be higher than 70% and there should be no outstanding Fee payments or previous Feis fees outstanding. VW Irish Dancing Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioners Office which upholds information Rights
